Cathy Holmstrom [CathySilcock@gmail.com] lives in Columbia, MO. Her father is George Albert Holmstrom of Pittsburgh, PA and his father, her grandfather was George Albert Holmstrom Sr., also of Pittsburgh. His father was Christopher Holmstrom while his father, William, came from Estebrok, Sweden. They both grew up in Mount Washington, PA, which was known in the 1800's and early 1900's as Little Sweden...a part of Pittsburgh. The two oldest were rollars in the steel industry, her grandfather owned a Savings and Loan and her father was an electrical engineer, like her brother, George A. Holmstrom lll. He lives outside of Columbia, SC. Like Don Holstrom's family she has Irish roots on her mother's side. Her mother was a Fitzpatrick. Cathy also lived in Dublin, Ireland, in Charlemont off Griffith Ave. She is a writer.
